Access requirements
Article 14 of the Royal Decree 1393/2007 of October 29 about the organization of official university teaching establishes that to access the official Degree it will be required to be in possession of a high school diploma or equivalent and have passed the test referred to Article 42 of the Organic Law 6/2001 of Universities modified by Law 4/2007 of April 12, without prejudice to the other access mechanisms provided for by current legislation.
The University of Córdoba, currently, establishes the student's access as set out in the Royal Decree 1742/2003, dated December 19, which establishes the basic regulations for access to university studies of an official nature, as well as in The Annual Resolution of the Commission of the Unique Andalusian District for Admission in Degree Titles of the Universities of Andalusia (Agreement of May 12, 2009, of the Commission of the Unique University District of Andalusia, which establishes the procedure for admission in the First Year and studies of a Degree of the University), through six access routes: High School Diploma, Formative Cycles for Professional Preparation, University Graduates, Over 25 years old, students of the European Union, and foreigners. In the future the student's access to the University will be made according to the R.D. 1892/2008 (BOE 11/24/2008), according to the implementation schedule indicated therein, and with the access routes indicated.
The Center will respect the regulations that are approved for access by means of the accreditation of work or professional experience indicated by article 36.4 of the Royal Decree 1892/2008, which regulates the conditions for access to the official university education of Degree and the admission procedures to Spanish public universities (BOE 24/11/2008).
For admissions to the university it is necessary to meet one of the following criteria:
- Pass the Access to the University test for those older than 25 years
